What to Expect
Kids under 4 are welcome to remain in nursery for the entire service. On Sundays, ages 2-4 actually have a time of Sunday School before heading into nursery for the rest of the service. We always keep the larger kids in a separate room from the little babies so the little ones don't get hurt.
Your child is important to us. On just your first visit, we need the following personal information:
- Parent/legal guardian names,
- Children’s names and birth dates,
- Phone number,
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child.
- This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.
Your child’s safety is our first priority. All ROCK Kids volunteers pass a background check, and we have a trained security staff to ensure your child’s safety. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and we gather the phone number of parents/guardians in case we need to text you during the worship experience. No adult is ever allowed into the Children and Student area unless our staff has approved a background check and they are volunteering. No worries though... we have cameras installed in every room so you can come downstairs and see and check on your child at any time!
For the above stated security guidelines we have in place, unfortunately, we do not let parents into the secure children's ministry area at any time during service; this includes the nursery. What we do offer is a nursing mother's room at the base of our stairs. This room is located just around the corner from the children's ministry check in kiosk. The room is open at all times during the service and you are welcome to go in at anytime. Just ask any Guest Relations Staff with an "Ask Me" badge on and that person can direct you to that room.
